It depends entirely on the track and the market you build in. That number is one of the specific things we work out on the call, using your actual position rather than a generic figure on a webpage.

Track A is education and coaching, you run your own builds and we teach and advise. Track B is a capital partnership, we run the build and you participate as an investor. Some people start on one and move to the other.

Yes, and several clients do. Learning the systems makes you a far better judge of a deal, which makes you a better partner on the investment side.
